I am pretty sure that is load bearing and that is normally where the gas pipes (one side is the parlor heater and the other side is the stove).

The only thing that I’m on the fence about is the utilities for natural gas and other utilities that are included.

Website, Marketing, Admin tools, printer, car, gas, marketing, .. all cost money.3rd you are going to find along the path soooo many shiny systems, trainings, platforms, leads blah blah blah that could be helpful.

Same with the electricity and gas bills.

I'm generally ok with the idea except I'm concerned with 1) whether they will be careful enough with the flooring, walls, door frame, etc. when they move the stove and 2) whether they will be able to install the stove properly esp. with the gas line etc.

My HVAC person then tested it and said the furnace was good but no air, he would need to turn the gas on to verify.

I call the listing agent and find out that it has 2 brand new gas heaters, relatively new roof, updated electrical and plumbing.
