Tenants want to use their own stove

Mich Copper
Posted

I just recently rented out my condo and the tenants are requesting that I allow them to move my stove to the garage for storage so they can move their own stove in. I'm generally ok with the idea except I'm concerned with 1) whether they will be careful enough with the flooring, walls, door frame, etc. when they move the stove and 2) whether they will be able to install the stove properly esp. with the gas line etc. How should I go about making sure that these issues are addressed? Thank you. I'm a new landlord so I don't have much experience.
