If you want someone to help you, you need to have a pitch. What do you need help with and what do you have to offer? Do you have a list built? Do you have a buyer's list? Do you have specific training in off-market real estate or wholesaling? Do you have capital for marketing? What experience to do you have that would help someone help you? Just asking for help is like posting on Craigslist. Tell someone what benefit they could get from helping you.
