Now that the industry is so busy there are a lot of guys out there pimping out labor.

Just like in basketball or football the game is all about speed, efficiency, and execution (value provided.)

If there was any one thing that’s really helped you excel in the real estate industry what is it?

Our properties near the football field where more parties happen, aren't self insured.

But, I know this all takes a lot of time and I want to make sure that I really understand the market and everything investing encompasses.I am trying to learn all that I can through books, podcasts, youtube videos, my own searchers, talking to people in the industry and attending seminars, but I am still new to this world.What thoughts do you guys have?

Hey Roger,  I like the enthusiasm however I work in the foundation industry and it is rarely a cheap fix.    

I'd recommend working with others who are already in the industry.

Hello @Cameron Amateis,Although I am not from Detroit, I can tell you that two most common complaints in this industry are 1) my manager is non-responsive, and 2) my manager is doing work that they are not authorized to do.

If you are interested in a specific industry you can hire a marketing firm to do some direct marketing to those folks.
