Sometimes you really have to dig to find people, search public records and view any lawsuits, traffic tickets, arrest records, etc. because sometimes you'll find a phone number.

It's a golden ticket to equity if you can pull it off properly.It might help to throw in some keywords of the cities you are close to, to find some local experts. 

Locals get it, but for OOS we ask them to book a flight and spend a weekend in MKE, so we can get on the same page as far as neighborhoods and condition to prevent situations like I just described.

Sent multiple emails, submitted support tickets, left voicemails (again, you never reach a live person with any phone number) and called the original sales rep who signed me up (who is not your contact once you are on board).

We tend to buy things (big ticket home items) with 0% Credit cards and pay them off in 18-20 months of interest-free time.

And it will be a good bit higher for a multifamily as you have multiple high-ticket items, i.e. kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC systems, water heaters, etc.

Everything is negotiable (well, actually not always), but what's standard is a good place to start.On top of that, you'll have realtor commissions, seller closing cost concessions (up to3%, most likely) and potentially a home warranty.Those are the big ticket items...

If you want to take maintenance tickets or track expenses, you would have to use another software in addition to Zillow.I've been using Tellus (tellusapp.com) and I like that it's a one-stop shop for everything rental related.
