Received an email inviting me to use Zillow to collect rents. Found details online at https://www.zillow.com/marketing/rental-manager/co.... Curious to know if anyone has used this and what their experience might be. Advantages? Drawbacks?

Based on their partners (Stripe and Plaid) it seems like they just ripped off Cozy. I've been extremely happy with Cozy for rent collection and would recommend. Cozy has focus, Zillow is buying mortgage companies 🙄
