Great Jones - Awful experience
Anyone else having as much trouble as I am with Great Jones in the Palm Bay, FL area? I have never gotten an accurate monthly disbursement from them since I started a few months ago. I always get paid less than I should. There are are always errors. I get charged for extra lawn mowings etc. They sell themselves as a tech company where everything is automated, but nothing works. They promise all invoices will be uploaded to show that they don't upcharge, but invoices are rarely uploaded. Support is awful. No one answers their phone number. Property manager takes weeks to respond. I spend more time checking for errors every month and trying to get help than I do just managing the property myself.

Hi, I'm a brand new owner with Great Jones. I have NOT been impressed. I'm under contract for a new build and bought and older duplex. First of all, GJ sent me a rental contract for the incorrect address (the address of the NB instead of the duplex). I provided them the correct address and was initially told, 'don't worry about it, just sign the paperwork'. Really???
Their fees are not low, except with some of the larger TK providers. They are charging me a premium and I'm not getting premium service. I emailed to inquire about their lawn care service and it was 50% higher than the others I priced. Also, there was a property inspection scheduled BY Great Jones that was also required by my HOI. They no showed/no called and the insurance inspector was there on his own. This troubles me both because the inspector's time was wasted and it seems the GJ should have shown up to get an initial look at a property under their management.
Thank God my realtor is still helping me with the process and running interference for me. I am glad that I have a 'trial' property with them as I am no longer considering their services for my other rentals.
