I'm Ky, I'm new investor in the Bay Area and looking to connect with professionals to build my team.

You can hire an agent to do what you want and pay them for your time . . . however a good agent that would be worth paying is way to busy to get paid hourly to run comps for you.Yes all the online sites are ok to a point, but by no means as accurate as the local MLS.I advise all investors that they either need to be a licensed agent so they have their own access or someone on the team need to be licensed.  

Ive been doing alot of research but I have no idea how to start compiling my team or a buyers list?

Does that mean that all paid professionals should remain silent in any forums on topics they are experienced and knowledgable about because it may, or may not, be self serving?

No excuses, day after my girlfriend and I listened to the podcast we decided to work as a team and take immediate Actions…..- We hustled Shawn for a lunch meet / brain picking session :) very busy man so my deepest appreciation to him (I give him credit to get my gears turning)- Subscribed to BP - Still new to the site but we are so amazed of the tons of info, resources and amazing people to learn from that even for someone with a real estate back ground, I’m learning new things everyday.

What do experienced landlord think of this setup?

I would like to know what turn around time you are experiencing with various services.  

Also, a good reliable team of contractors is needed to quote you for possible expenses.

There are lots of experienced investors and professionals here to answer any questions you have.

So I'm coming in with the hopes of building a team to work with.
