Sharks will eat you alive.Its a 4hr flight, go spend a weekend at least and get a feel for the areas you're interested in....and then hop on Craigslist and check out the rents.I have a decent team there and built it up by refferals and doing what I say when I say...

Hello all,, My parents( no green card/permanent residence- yet))  want to invest in a rental property in PA- full cash.1) Is it better to own it inside an LLC or under their own name? 

One would think there would be a fix for this as I am sure several others have this issue but it appears I either need to eat two days of the best month of the year or take the penalty from rejecting requests to stay

Their "charges" may eat into a lot of the profit to leave you guys splitting 5k in net profit. 

It's those minor details that will eat up time on a project if you try to do it your self.

@Lori Greene thankyou I will look for that 1 on 1 option for the appraisal...also I haven't found a mentor yet but I'm looking.i don't want to waste anyone valuable time.i would like to add value to someone in that kind of amazing relationship....i will definitely continue that much important search.
