I have been reading and trying to aquire information as I moved along but having an already successful business helping me out would be a dream come true. 

What I don't know, is if this is the house that we should use to launch that dream.

In my experience, you've probably inherited 2 dream tenants and 2 tenants that will be gone in a year through eviction out turnover.

"Live your own life" seems to be the appropriate response to people trying to preach me out of chasing my dreams.
