How are the rates currently?  

Currently, I'm looking into the company REI Nation.

This is the current issue before me: Relatives are now claiming the home belongs to them and have had an attorney reach out to me stating they will be filing something in probate court concerning the will but nothing has come about that in the last 30 days.

I've heard it recommended to tell tenants that you are the property manager rather than the owner because it can improve your relationship and they are less likely to come after you (Note: we currently don't have any issues and don't plan to, just being cautious). 

I wouldn't necessarily call myself new to real estate, however I am wanting to expand and shift directions a bit.

Your rockstar agent will likely be able to steer you in the right direction, but you can always find outside sources too.
