Hi all, my name is Zak Moses and I am a Realtor on the central coast of CA covering San Luis Obispo County. I have done a couple transactions as an agent on a team and my wife and I are saving up to invest in our first property together. We are considering a flip in our area to start off but I am curious to hear what others are doing in California specifically.
