Start with Strategy by @Dave Meyer is a good one to start with or Set for Life by @Scott Trench, but you want new people to pair listening to podcasts and reading books with real-life meetups.

Each Church is different with respect to design but they are generally more expensive to renovate than some other structure types that may lend themselves better to a conversion.

If you can meet with a real estate specific tax professional and discuss your tax strategy at the beginning of the year I think this would be worth the fee.  

Also with the Belgian banks, is there the possibility to do the cash-out refi of the BRRRR strategy?
