There are a lot of people in this note investing business who pretend to be experts. 

I plan to be as active here as I can as I learn and grow my business moving forward. 

They have pulled back to servicing existing customers and only ones who have already been doing business loans and not just banking services.One of the bankers said they have no loans or properties for sale. 

@Daniel BryanI agree with JacobBetter returns elsewhere and downside is if your borrower defaults depending on the state it could take years to foreclose and run all that legal and holding costs which wipe out any gains.

Renters insurance price will vary depending on the value of the renters' personal possessions (furniture, clothing, artwork, jewlry, etc... whatever the renter chooses to have the policy cover) in the rental  the liability amount will be added to that base.
