For my state, Ohio, the experience seems to be one of the better ones in the country.

First off this property is located in a trendy, millenial, good school district, clean neighborhood, low crime, close to public transit, good walking paths and to a popular tourist attraction. 

By doing that, you will figure out what strategies interest you, what seems to be working and not working in your market currently, and possibly find some mentors to light the path ahead for you if you can find a way to help them.

First and foremost define all the legal aspects associated with global REI, verify taxation and partnerships that exist between the (2) countries.

After my first one I plan to look at other markets around the country. 

If you want to flip without a lot of money - well that going to be a tougher gig - you may want to see if you can partner up with someone who does have the money or maybe you can match funds - either way the point is a partner can open up doors to paths you may not have thought were available.
