Don't paint the whole room if you don't love the color!!

I already got new floors, re-did the entire kitchen(painted kitchen cabinets, installed new quartz countertops, new backsplash, painted kitchen pantry doors, painted the entire first floor a nice color white, installed recessed lighting on the first floor). 

Upgrades such as updating the bathroom, refreshing the interior with vibrant colors, and improving the overall condition of the house significantly increased its value.

Have Gwen photoshop the pot belly heater to be burning logs.I would have painted the porch ceilings sky blue but maybe only adjust the color to look more sky again in photoshop.

Half that price, great consistent colors and always available. 

Yeah generally the contractor will go over different types of shingles with you and aside from color and appearance the biggest difference is the years 20 year, 25 year, 30 year etc...I have never personally gotten a roof replaced through insurance so I don't know if the insurance dictates what "quality" of shingle they will pay for.

If you use 1 paint color for all your apartments then touching up or fixing holes becomes very easy.

Most of it was no big deal, but we did have to open up some walls and ceilings so that they could make sure electrical was in conduit, fire blocking was in place, duct work was correct, etc.

Renovations that made the home move-in ready and pass the homeowner's home inspection with flying colors.
