What is a fair wage per hour to pay a VA for tasks such as mail merging (excel) onto envelopes, stuffing envelopes and taking them to the post office? 

Is it really even a smart move to spend 5 hours doing open house related tasks for someone whose not even listed with you??

I don't want to sound like I'm bragging, but I've noticed the amount of dedication I put into a task, the drive I have to succeed, the way I analyze and observe things, is something most of my peers simply do not have.
