I think i was looking at it more as, on our way to the salt lake international airport to fly out to russia... well stop by our rental and check in on our management team... then we can write off the travel expenses to that area.

The market is tight on deals, but more of the good ones I see are in the Northwest Orange and Lake county areas.

I'm primarily looking at S Salt Lake, the cheaper parts of Sugarhouse/Salt Lake, or Murray. 

I'm currently finishing a live in flip in Elbow Lake then to convert to a rental.

I currently am an assistant property manager for lake county though.

There is a pretty large hunting ranch up there, it isn't far from bear lake, and there is a lot of wilderness out there.
