Hello BP, 

Just wanted to introduce myself to community.  Starting the journey in Alexandria, MN with the single family and small multi-family rentals.  

Always open to suggestions and advise from etiquette in the forums and in real estate investing in general. 

I have lots of questions already but trying to find them first in the forum history.
