If a house costs $150K in Huntsville, but only rents for $800/mo vs. a house in Memphis costs $82K, but also rents for $800/mo, well then I'd say that Huntsville may not be as clear of a winner.

So you will need something that acts as a BIG HUB.These automation stuff is so good, I can see who is coming to the door, who uses what code on the locks, when did they use it, record a video of the person, etc.This is important for the kinds of buildings that I have, which are in a dense urban area.
