Secure Cash buyers or find the deals first?
Hello everyone,
My name is Shana and I am based in Baker, Louisiana. I’m a newbie who’s trying to find her sea legs in Real Estate. I have spent the past two months reading material and watching videos on Wholesaling and now I am finally ready to get started. My question is: which should I do first...secure a cash buyer or begin finding deals?
Please forgive me if this is a ridiculous question, but I’ve seen so many different viewpoints that it has me a bit confused.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I appreciate all input and look forward to contributing to this incredible site. God bless.

Hi! I'm a newbie as well and was told to definitely work on building a buyers list first. Doing so, has given me an added level of confidence when finding deals. While I've seen others have success doing the opposite, it seems the pieces just line up better for me in this order.
