It looks good on his ad, but anyone have experience with this person or this company?

@Gloria Sheridan,You are correct, ETC has lots of negative feedback not only here on BP but also on the web if you just google the name.

I put new tile flooring throughout, added a closet to make a 3rd bedroom, new appliances, new paint, new counter tops, refinished cabinets and added new hardware, gutted and updated bathrooms, landscaped outside plus lots demo, fixed a roof leak, sheet rock work ect.. for $13,500.

Most of the companies here in Ga charge 15% commissions/fees on personal property, which is added to the high bid.

I'm not convinced it would be absolutely water proof like vinyl, but we ran it through entire house and caulked edges of wet rooms as added precaution.

You can also google wholesalers in San Antonio and probably find a lot that way. i hope that helps! 

I live in BC and I've been using resources I've found via google searches.

I can get a quick paint job for $200 a 12x12 room and ad $50 for a ceiling and $50 for trim and this is an area where an entry level 900sq ft 3/1 ranch is $240k with $12/hr starting pay for zero skills.

Other investors, like yourself, can get 5-10 years of cash flow in one year of adding value and then refinancing/exchanging/selling. 

They rejected my ad saying that this violated national fair housing laws so I took it down.
