Hello BPers, I am new to the real estate investing business and in search of some information.

This post is the type of information I am looking for and though it may be basic for experience investors, it is Gold for me at this time in my life.  

If you are not doing it you do not understand the vast amount of information/protection it provides to your business. 

My point is you must define your goals much better before you anyone can respond to your post for information.

At BP, not only can you network with other real estate investors, you can learn from the informative forums posted daily on the site, find properties that are for sale, and take free courses.

A few weeks later they called the board of health on me.I review the items from board of health, and they are very ridiculous.Example, stain on the ceiling (need repair), the toilet seat is old and not smooth (need repair), tenant has no access to the basement, I don't post my contact information in the building ... etc.What is your opinion on this matter if you have encountered it in the past?

Do i have a inform sheriff that i am a licensed RE agent ?
