I just finished the book Rich dad poor dad, and am sold on the concept.

I understand the concept for single family homes but when it comes to multi families I become confused.

I think I understand the concept of getting a LLC for protection, but I been getting mixed responses from different sources. 

I AGREE with these concepts and everything you brought up in your comment as well. 

I suggest downloading rentigo to manage properties and buying a bullet journal to keep tasks organized!

I have a basic concept of the process.

As I've stated on many of my posts, there are the accounting definition of terms and the way to use concepts in order to make analysis easier and more efficient. 

Now that our proof of concept is nearly complete and Austin is getting exposure, the million dollar question...

That was all several years ago, and I still live with roommates, not because I necessarily need to, but because the concept has worked for me for so many years and I enjoy the extra 1k/month income which allows me to essentially buy one extra house every few years.
