Does this seem like a bunch of red flags?

Check the numbers and make sure it makes sense to you - going with the lowest bidder with bad numbers is another giant red-flag. 

So, I'm thinking these are both red flags and time to look elsewhere.

Maybe you got married and had kids so now you need a bigger home, but simply moving from one home into what is essentially an exact same home is going to throw all sorts of red flags, especially after only living there a mere 8 months.
