Insurance Recommendation for 4-Plex in Los Angeles

Hello,

Does anyone have a recommendation on insurance or an insurance agent for a 4 unit income property? I need someone who can act quickly because I'm already deep into escrow on a 4 unit property in Los Angeles.

I have a regular insurance agent that I normally use and he is trying to get me underwritten with First American. However, there have been a lot of delays and I'm worried they will not cover the property. I have the estimated amount (which was 2.4 times higher than my other local 4 unit in Los Angeles), but the carrier's underwriter has not given final approval yet.

Any recommendations on a local agent or carrier would be highly appreciated.

Thanks!
