We own and operate 51 multifamily units and we also do property management in Orlando and Jacksonville for other owners of residential properties from single units/homes up to 80-unit apartment buildings.I've always tried to network and meet more people in the real estate space wherever I live and would love to meet more people in the Orlando area.

They were having trouble with their third party payment service before the current crisis but I wonder if the problems they are having now has something to do with them not handling customer payments properly (not putting in a sort of escrow account).

I had to give 30 days' notice per our management agreement to a client I have 13 units with on Friday after having to hang up the phone on him Thursday afternoon and telling him if he ever speaks to me that way, it will be our last conversation.

I would consider it a working class town and we have seen great rental demand and had great leasing experience there with the roughly 35 properties that we manage.
