I'm told they're making great money with this concept, but the only way I can get in at this time would be to either market for short sale deals and allow the instructor to handle the short sale with the seller and split the profits 50/50, or enter a Short Sales course/mentoring program with the instructor, which will more than likely run $8,000+, depending on the different options offered.

Nice thing about commercial is it can be simpler than SFH just needing metal flat roof joist/studs, etc. and that is what I will be shooting for, simplicity.

Dion DePaoli I agree to disagree with you on Granite, especially because my main point in mentioning GLS was to suggest a trade desk platform because it's MUCH simpler than calling courthouses, accountants, etc.

Most states accept the federal filing document, which is much simpler than the state only SCOR form and you can buy all that's needed off the internet,,, if you decide to not use a lawyer route.
