Additionally the poured concrete was poor quality with river rocks instead of something proper with sharp edges.

The 3 years we have been doing work on the house has been a pain sometimes.

I think my vacancy rate for that year was around 25% which was painful.  

Obviously, this process is painfully slow.

I feel your pain mate.I've been here for almost 5 years now and am running million dollar real estate investment companies.Still can't get a loan as I don't have enough of a credir history.I said "F#$% It" to mortgages a long time ago anyway so mostly use cash or money partners.Flip some deals and make some lump sums of cash and get going that way :)Thanks and much success

He is a straight shooter, sharp and reasonably priced.

I used to work in Ma, and it was a pain every year having to file Ma and RI state income taxes.

We don't help tenants install mounts too much of a pain and if the TV fell off that wouldn't be good.
