You can do a search in the search bar above for "Subject+To" "Sub2" & "Subject 2" and have a lot of information at your fingertips. 

You need to give your guests an excellent experience every time so they can leave honest 5 start reviews at which point your listing will show higher in the search results.   

Believe it or not, the reason I came across BP was because of a Google search on a recent REI seminar I attended which was Fortune Builders.

I'd recommend setting up some keyword searches so you'll be pinged on the topics that are of most interest to you.

In my search I did find a few other smaller local banks that would do commercial style loans that were amortized over 20 years and rate reset every 5 years.

With this said, is there a way to build multiple searches and add them to your cart essentially?

It was this search for information which led me to Bigger Pockets.Unless I can be convinced otherwise, I'm resigned to not investing locally due to the high market values and high property taxes.

I would like to learn how to search out deals, negotiate and be comfortable with pulling the trigger, as I am sure that can be a difficult part of REI as well.

If nothing else, it can be a negotiating tool for you.
