A great big hello and thanks to the BP community.

I am very greatful to have come across this amazing platform. I am BRAND NEW to the industry, if you could call it that. I have zero deals under my belt. One of the most common pieces of advice for newbs that I’ve seen on BP is that the best way to start is to gather info/knowledge from others in the industry, and that is EXACTLY what I plan on doing. I have 10 years of entreprenurial experience, and I’m stoked to utilize and apply my skills to the REI world. Believe it or not, the reason I came across BP was because of a Google search on a recent REI seminar I attended which was Fortune Builders. I can honestly say that I learned a lot over the 3 day seminar but was BLOWN away by the $35k/40k/50k asking price for the systems they set in place. After my Google search, I learned that I learn every bit and more right here on BP and other books/websites. With that being said, I’m very grateful to have come acrossed the BP world, and I’m looking forward to learning from and eventually contributing to this AWESOME community.
