It's a 2/1 duplex east of Downey high school area.

Close to transit (light rail, highways, buses, walkability), quality of life (crime, sidewalks, parks, schools), restaurants & neighborhoods.

I can't house hack being that I still have a senior in high school at home and my wife doesn't want to mess with all that.

Pick one market and learn the neighborhoods, school districts, etc.

Also, buyer's were informed by their lender that their loan is about to expire so they would have to be approved once again.Buyer has 3 little girls all in grade school so you can imagine the stress and inconvenience this has caused them. 

This house is located in a B+ neighborhood that is one block from an elementary school.

I grew up in southern MA, went to school in RI, and spent all 4 of my college years working in Providence.

If it is worth it, are there any schools/ classes that anyone would recommend to obtain the license?
