Is this the same process for a duplex or quadplex or are there extra stipulations? 

Does anyone have a recommendation on a company that can complete this process within 30 days?

I have done every step of the process with my current properties and I think the next step is deligation and management.

As a MLO myself I will say sometimes things truly do not change for 7-10 days during the loan process.

If I was making the decision as an OOS investor, my criteria would be the city that had the PM that seemed better after my interview process.  

Keep in mind, BRRRing is going to be an involved process.

If the contract included clauses about assignment and the ensuring processes like realtor showings and potential sale to an investor, and you signed this agreement, then legally, the company can proceed as outlines, even if the reality doesn't match your initial expectations. 

I have started the coursework for my Agents License (for access and to speed up the process).
