There are a lot of CRE tools, software etc. 

I heard of a tool that can tell you what mortgage is remaining on homes.

Not meant to be a political statement, more of just a statement of fact about what was said on the record.  

Both the books The One Thing & Atomic Habits are excellent (non real estate) tools for creating daily disciplines to achieve small goals building to large-scale accomplishments. 

That is more of a political discussion I'd like to avoid :)
