Without knowing more about the location though, if this cabin has direct water views and is able to sleep at least 6 people, a fully renovated version of your cabin could probably pull in at least $600/night in the summer without much effort.

You will have to let them know that their buyer will have to sign an assignment because they will send you a Florida Farbar which won't make sense for you.So you have to make sure you communicate with the agent that it will be an assignment of contract.
