I'm referring to the actual system that realtors use - you may be able to find a friendly agent that will do searches for you.every area's MLS will be different but they all contain all the data on homes in your area that you could ever want. my local MLS is connected with Realist as well and allows me(well, my realtor) to search non-owner occupied properties with several search variables to pick and choose from.what specifically are you looking for?
