I have read and listened to many videos that express how either you want to start your business being a birddog/wholesaler because it can bring you quick profits to it telling me that this practice is illegal and shouldn't be done at all. 

We started out by listening to the BP pod casts on 1 of our longest road trip together (by the way, that's one of the best way to get lots of BP pod casts done in 1 sitting!). 

Listen to their podcasts in the car and you'll learn a TON.

Hi all,Been reading articles and listening to podcasts but didn't come across the info I'm looking for. 

I'm still new - reading great information daily and listening to the amazing podcasts  and watched a few of the webinars and I haven't even scratched the surface yet!

I have learned so much just by listening to the podcasts, watching the webinars & now reading The Ultimate Beginner's Guide.

After 49 years, I learned the wife thinks circularly while I'm more linear and she contributes regularly - - I just have to stop, listen and (wait for it) - - - - say Yes, Dear (don't go the wrong way on that one either).

I've read books (millionaire real estate investor), both of @Brandon Turnerbooks (they were excellent by the way thank you brandon for everything you have contributed to BP), listened to a lot of the BP podcasts, and webinars.

Have all the podcasts I've listened to and blogs I've read given me unrealistic expectations about what type of deals I should be looking for .

I've been listening to the podcast for 3 months and have enjoyed the plethora of knowledge offered.
