Hello one and all!

My name is Daniel and I'm very excited to start my real estate investing career. I've been listening to the podcast for 3 months and have enjoyed the plethora of knowledge offered. I'm looking to get started in Single Family Homes on a Buy and Hold strategy. I'm focused, motivated, and very genuine.
