I need to change vanity, faucets, toilet itself, tile the floor, paint and install lights.

Probably will be able to start showing to prospective tenants next week during tail end of light rehab. 

If you have a decent smart phone camera and good lighting, that should do the trick.

Especially I am looking for repair service for major appliances such as AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc (but I also open to learn about company for small services such as plumbing, fixing light bulbs etc).

BUT my realtor after now having worked with NACA for 3 years HAS sold houses with them, and is a way better realtor than when we started, so that plus the no more area maxes, there's a small light in the distance..

If the manager can't keep the lights on, the assets and investments will suffer.Some fund structures allow for debt and some do not.

You have to know what shingles costs, and toilets, light fixtures, faucets, flooring, paint, etc... all the way down to nails.
