If you get off on the right foot and make a good first impression and let them know that regardless of whether you live in Shorewood, elsewhere in the metro or on the moon, that you'll be adding value to their community and will be hiring people who play by the rules and that when complete, the village officials and the neighbors will be happy that you took a probably neglected or maybe very neglected house or property here and left something much improved!
