Good evening,

I found this site after searching reviews on "The flipping formula." I went to an event in my city introducing the concept. That night I was so impressed with what they offered for $2000, then after reading many post on this site came to realize I would be getting myself into nothing more than just buying a bunch of trainings.... I am looking to get involved in real estate, but don't really have the knowledge regarding he business. Some people say when it come to flipping houses they can  you how to do so without using your own money, then I've recently been told to get involved an individual would  lots of money. Please advise, does an individual need a lot of money  to get involved? Or would they even use their own money?
