All exciting stuff!

Excited to begin networking. :)

I’ve yet to meet anyone excited to live in or visit Baltimore.Only thing redeeming about Baltimore is Johns Hopkins University.

Again, the property is in good condition so repairs could be between 10-15k but I choose $15k to be conservative.Here is the funny part...I’m excited, I’ve done my homeworks, I’m getting educated-strong job+income etc etc but don’t have too much or very low low liquid$ to get into.

Unless he lives very close to it, he'll probably consider it "too much work and too much gas" to travel there just to throw a rock through a window.

My dilemma is that I’m an artist (and yes, I actually make a full-time income doing that 😏 and have become relatively well-known locally) and I’m most excited by the rehab and design part of this project.

I am excited about making some offers.

There's nothing more exciting than taking a step to control your financial future. 

I do however plan on investing in Norristown, PA so hopefully in the near future I can share some helpful information and contacts that learn in my travels and maybe learn something from you regarding Norristown.

I am new to the REI field and very motivated and excited to get things going.
