There are deals that fit your budget and timeline, though the location may be “deep” Queens or BK.. or areas of BK that are closer to Staten Island.

I’m thinking I should do a deeper dive as it looks good.

I would recommend getting your feet wet with simpler projects before diving in to doing a conversion.
