Ideally, I'd be looking to bundle auto insurance with the homeowners policy as well. 

What is the best auto responder and how to effectively use it?

I've been with this credit union for 21 years and had an auto loan and several personal loans with them. 

I have setup email auto responders with my questionnaire so any emails I get from Zillow, immediately receive the questionnaire. 

The upside of seller finance is that it will typically not show up anywhere on your credit report so you could still qualify for more credit cards, an auto loan, etc.
