That move is defined by two events that are the same with EVERY property:1 - When the cumulative CF = what I paid for the property (my only cost is the cash out of pocket, so my cost should be = to the down payment ONLY).2 - When the equity from appreciation (not mortgage paydown) = the equity I paid for (the DP).When both of these things happen, in any order, the value of my cash goes down because my cash (equity) is worth more in a different property than in the current one.
