Hello Bpfamily,

Im looking to get some advice. I am a new investor trying to get started. Currently I own a single family home which I reside in. I would like to either purchase a multi family home or buy another single family and BRRRR it or maybe just flip it. As you can see, im not sure where to start. I currently live in Ma about hour south of Boston.
any advise helps. I am just an average Jane trying to get my foot in the door.
