Over the past couple of months, I drove all around the city to see firsthand how good the deals really were, and here is what I learned:Toledo has a LOT of investment property deals.

I know it is much harder to find deals in Fort Collins, but I know people are still investing here and having success. 

My goal is to gain enough knowledge, support, finances, and courage to make that next deal that's conducive to my current financial situation.

Quote from @Derek Brickley: Hahah most of the time if you ask "are you looking for someone local so that you can go knock on their door when things go wrong" it's a lighthearted way of saying in our technological age location probably isn't as important as the other aspects. 100% and I find that a lot of my clients that "go local" end up coming back to me to fix the deal later when they couldn't deliver on their promises.

Most of the deals I see that gators are involved with have issues.

Remodeling and repairing during the night and hunting for deals while I was in class.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am primarily interested in flipping and currently looking for my first ever deal.
