If an investor wants passive ownership, TK investing is not an option.Another major point here is one ( syndication's) investor must be accredited this cuts many investors out.TK on the other hand 25k and decent credit and a desire to own a rental and your in the game.. of course there are pro's and cons as everyone has discussed..

(if it's the shake type)In most cases asbestos siding isn't considered to frangible so does not typically pose a hazard unless you're working with it such as cutting in new windows, etc.I've got an asbestos siding house under contract right now and intend to do nothing with it.

So, slowly, they under-cut each other over time until consumer offered rates fall to where they "should" be if you just think it tracks 1-to-1 with mortgage backed securities or t-notes (or whatever you believe it is "pegged" to, as if we didn't live in a capitalist society).

The Fed cut the prime by 1/2 a point a few days ago and there has been talk of a 3/4 point more rate cut next week.
