Need help with Asbestos Siding

Hey BiggerPockets family,

I am a newbie in Hampton Roads looking to writing my first deal and im trying to estimate my scope of work and I was wondering if anyone has any pointers or recommendations to remedy asbestos siding whether to repaint it or remove siding completely and add vinyl siding.
