Hey Alaskan BP! I’m an Anchorage resident looking to make the move to Wasilla. I’m currently 22, Have lived in anchorage for 20 years and want to start my realestate journey.

I’ve been looking at the wasilla Zillow market, Facebook marketplace, and other sites. So I have an idea of what some 4plexs go for. But I’d like info about rents, tenant rates, neighbor hoods, or anything you’re willing to offer.

I know there are big things coming for wasilla like hatcher pass resort/chairlift, KGB road work and just lots of open land to expand in general.

If anyone has any information about investing in Wasilla or up coming improvements and current events please inform me! Tips, criticism, references are welcome! Thanks!
